Worker Residential City for 26.000 Man

The purpose of the project was to provide rental services to meet the vital needs of blue-collar and white-collar personnel, working in the industrial cluster area in the UAE. The contract model of the project is the 40-year Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The project, for which an estimated construction period was approximately 4 years was completed in a short period of 290 days. Thanks to the construction system of DORCE the project was completed in a short period and the employer saved 3 years from the construction period.

Worker Residential City for 16.000 Man

The 16.000 worker settlement city project was completed by DORÇE on a turnkey basis,  including design, engineering, infrastructure, and superstructure. The Prefabricated Modular and pre-produced heavy steel structure systems were used. The purpose of the project; To provide rental services to meet the vital needs of blue-collar and white-collar personnel working in the industrial cluster area in the UAE. The contract model of the project is the 40-year Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The project, for which a construction period of approximately 4 years was estimated with traditional building systems. Thanks to the construction system of DORÇE it was completed in a short period of 290 days. In this way, the employer saved 3 years from the construction period and this period is included in the contract period.

Fujairah Housing Project

The residences, whose construction was completed in the Fujairah region of the United Arab Emirates, were built by DORÇE, with Prefabricated Modular Steel Building systems, engineering, infrastructure and superstructure works.

Shuweihat 3 IPP Project – Ruwais Oil Field / Site Office Camp

Shuweihat 3 IPP Project - Ruwais Oil Field / Site Office Camp DORCE completed the turnkey Presidential Building Complex - Office and Dormitory Buildings in Ankara / Türkiye with prefabricated steel panel system.

Construction of Ministry of Interior Strategic Buildings – UAE

The production and turnkey construction of strategic buildings delivered to the UAE (United Arab Emirates) / Ministry of Interior were completed by DORCE. The construction of the outpost buildings was completed by using the Prefabricated Modular Steel Building system to provide resistance to severe climatic conditions such as +50 degrees Celsius and beyond.
Water tank, heating-cooling system, generator, kitchen, office, WC, shower, accommodation, system and CCTV rooms have been provided in these strategic buildings within the scope of the project. Some structures are bulletproof.
